We had our home’s exterior windows cleaned by Richi of Clarity Windows Ltd. The company was recommended by a respected and knowledgeable neighbour.

Richi arrived on time and immediately went to work. The house has a wide variety of old and new windows some of which have storm windows. None of the windows had been cleaned in a while. Richi went above and beyond in checking in to make sure we were happy with the work as he went along. We brainstormed together and figured out why a particular couple of windows were fogging up and he didn’t stop until the correct screw adjustments were made that allowed the fogged windows to clear. He also gave us some great tips about caring for the glass on our deck.

The estimate/final price was incredibly fair. We had been given a quote by a much larger company that was FIVE times higher and spread over two days! Clarity will now be our go-to window cleaner, and we will thank our neighbours for the recommendation.

Richi & crew did a great job cleaning out our gutters as well as washing the outsides! They also power washed all our pathways, patio, and staircases, taking them from gross to gorgeous. And all for a great price! Would absolutely recommend their professional, courteous services.
